Individuals who do not meet the University's vaccination or exemption requirement will be prohibited from working until proof of full vaccination or an exemption is requested and approved. The incumbent will direct University-wide enterprise risk management and compliance activities in coordination with the individual functions responsible for substantive compliance areas. Responsibilities include facilitating the identification of risks throughout the organization, developing, reporting and monitoring formats on risk management issues and developing methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the organization. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”), the Director, Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance, and management of the university’s processes to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor enterprise risk, with initial focus on compliance-related risk.
